Inspire. Inform. Engage. Those are three goals of PeKu Publications. Reviewing the work of our writers, I feel that their articles do all three, though I always am striving to increase the amount that our readers engage with us.
Sometimes an article isn’t enough to spark that engagement. Then we turn to social media to develop stronger relationships with our readers. We have built a presence on many social media sites, some with bigger followings than others.
Our newest adventures into social media can be found at Instagram and Tumblr. At Instagram you can take a peek into the world surrounding corporate PKP. Our Tumblr account was built to share weekly recipes from Think Tasty.
Two tools we’ve been using for a while are LinkedIn and Pinterest. We have five different boards at Pinterest, which highlight some of our niches, such as our favorite albums and workout tips. LinkedIn presents us at our buttoned-up best. Explore our 23 properties and meet some of our team.
Finally, our most developed social media work comes through Twitter and Facebook Every day we share some of our top articles on Twitter. We also post daily on Facebook. However, with our recent rebranding we had to build a new Facebook page, so now we are working to rebuild our following.
Over the next three weeks we will be running a contest on Facebook, Like o’ the PeKu. In order to be entered, all you need to do is like our Facebook page. Once you do that, you will entered into a drawing for a $20 Starbucks gift card. If you’re dedicated PKP fan and have already liked our page, don’t worry. You’re entered in the contest also.
So, click here, become a fan of PKP, and wait to hear if you’ve won the prize!
