Denise Druce is a leading health and fitness professional with over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, and 12 years experience teaching yoga. She is the producer in a series of 28 home workout DVDs, teaches and trains athletes at the University of Utah, and is a Master Instructor for 24 Hour Fitness. Denise was featured as a trainer in the April 2010 issue of SELF magazine as a creator of the SELF challenge workout. She and her husband, Michael live in Salt Lake City with their three boys.
