  • Possesses good writing skills and a flair for the English language

  • Solicits or produces graphics or artwork as needed
  • Formats all graphics appropriately
  • Optimizes online graphics for fast download speed

Associate Editor

  • Edit articles for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Rewrite copy, as needed, to improve readability
  • Verify accuracy of content
  • Source and implement images
  • Provide weekly reports for properties
  • Develop content ideas, considering audience appeal
  • Confer with Editor-in-Chief regarding personnel, site data, and future planning

  • Works closely with editor-in-chief and writers to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Edits raw audio and video footage to create short video web clips for internal and external websites
  • Designs additional graphics elements as needed for video productions

  • Sells advertising and sponsorships for any/all of our topic areas
  • Evaluates specific business categories and marketplace trends in order to identify prospective accounts and then follows them through close
