April HighlightsIt appears that April is a month of change at PeKu. In addition to the regular monthly updates of topics and themes on a handful of our publications, we have an assortment of other changes throughout the company.  Just like the flowers and trees in my yard that are preparing to bloom, so, too, is PeKu blooming this spring.

Let’s take a peek at some of the changes:

  • Three new columnists added– With some transitions anticipated in the new few months and the addition of a few new articles, it was the perfect time to grow our writing team.  We heartily welcome Michelle Cruz Rosado, Jennifer S. Rowe, and Marnie Bii to the PeKu writing team.  Michelle’s first article will publish the week of April 13th, Jennifer’s the week of April 20th, and Marnie’s the week of April 27th.  Be sure to check their individual pages to find their first articles each week!
  • New video partner– Holla Toons is our new cartoon video creator.  Every two weeks we will publish an original HT video on ‘Bout Green for our Green Tips column.  Watching these videos not only will you absorb some environmental info, you also will be pleasantly entertained.  To see the most recent video, click here.
  • Monthly theme for My Fitness Tunes– To provide our readers with a more laser-focused approach to fitness we now are incorporating a theme into our columns.  For example, this month we are focusing on summer prep.  As you begin to think about the beach and your bathing suit, be sure to turn to My Fitness Tunes for advice on how to get ready for the season of shorts.

I am excited about all of these changes and additions.  Please feel free to let me know what you think!
